What is the expected time commitment?

Can teams enroll together?
Yes. We support team cohorts with shared milestones, private Q&A sessions, and manager progress views.
Do you provide 1:1 coaching?
Select tracks include optional 1:1 sessions for rehearsal and feedback. Availability varies by instructor and time zone.
What equipment do I need?
